After a few years ago, I decided to write a review about the Godfather trilogy. Especially the first two films cover many not only as the best movies with the mafia theme, but the best movies ever. Don Vito Corleone is one of the most powerful Mafia bosses in New York and receives not only from the other families respect, but even politicians and judges are under his influence. This must also feel a Hollywood producer, as he denied his godson a major leading role and soon finds the head of his beloved horse in his bed. Those who Corleone but behaves towards positive attitude that enjoys his loyalty. Treason shall be punished quickly and efficiently. But the actions of the business change and Corleone is opposed by the changing times. The drug trade is flourishing and the other Mafia families increasingly rely on this lucrative source of income. Don Vito Corleone refuses a deal with Virgil Sollozzo, as it this dirty business is unwilling and the politicians would refuse to support, he is shot in the street, survived but badly injured. Who increasingly weaknesses disclosed or violates the actions of the other family is murdered. While Corleone recovers slowly, face his sons to the family business. Sonny manages the affairs of a very direct and aggressive, but to act without rash. Michael Corleone was supposed to lead a quiet, bourgeois life, which is also in his personality. But after the attack on his father, he discovers that this is still of Sollozzo, the Turks to be murdered. The police situation is corrupt and can remove all the guards in front of the hospital to kill the Godfather without problems. The Godfather is because one of the few films which has no negative aspects. The authentic actors, lavish surroundings, the background music and unique scenes make it one of the best films of all time. Whether it's facial expressions and Gestig of Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, who is still at the beginning of his career, or the unique dialogues.
